There are four bedrooms in both Sandbank 1 and Sandbank 2.

There is a strict no animals or pets policy at Sandbank Holiday Lets. Only exception: guide dogs.

We provide a fresh set of towels and bedlinen (beds are pre-made for you). We also provide fresh kitchen tea towels. 

It is very simple. There are instructions explaining this in the welcome pack.

Sandbank 1: Maximum of 8 people plus a cot.

Sandbank 2: Maximum of 9 people plus a cot.

Both houses are non-smoking. You may smoke outside the houses, but waste must be disposed of appropriately. 

All guests receive a complimentary welcome basket, which includes breakfast items.

Should you book direct through our website you will receive extra goodies.

It takes an adult approximately 5-7 minutes to walk to the beach from our entrance.

There is minimum stay of two nights. You can however, stay as long as you wish!

It is 1.8 miles from Sandbank Holiday Lets to Kilkeel town. This is approximately a 6 minute car journey.
